1. General Information
This document establishes the rules, terms, and conditions for using the official website mt-oryon2.ro and the Oryon2 game server. The game, website, and all related services are managed as a personal, non-profit project for recreational purposes. By creating an account, accessing the website, or connecting to the game server, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using our services.
2. Ownership of Accounts and Virtual Goods
All accounts, characters, items, and Dragon Coins (MD) generated within Oryon2 are the exclusive property of the Oryon2 Administration. Users are only granted a limited and revocable right of use. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates the Rules, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation.
3. Online Shop (Itemshop) and Voluntary Donations
The official virtual shop (Itemshop) operates based on a manual processing system. All financial transactions made by users represent voluntary donations intended exclusively for the maintenance, development, hosting, and advertising of the Oryon2 server.
• Dragon Coins (MD) received as a reward are exclusively virtual currencies usable only within the game and have no financial value in the real world.
• Since delivery is performed manually, it can take between 1 to 24 hours for the virtual coins to be added to your account after the donation verification is complete.
4. Refund / Chargeback Policy
Since Dragon Coins (MD) are digital goods delivered directly to your game database, in accordance with international legislation on digital content and voluntary support, all transactions are final and non-refundable.
WARNING: Any attempt to withdraw money, open an unfounded dispute, or request a chargeback through your payment provider, Paysafecard panel, or bank will lead to an immediate permanent ban of all accounts owned on the Oryon2 server (including IP and HWID tracking).
5. Limitation of Liability
The Administration assumes no liability for the loss of items or accounts caused by user negligence (password sharing, phishing), technical issues independent of the server, or cyber attacks. The server is provided 'as is'.
